Creating a custom ring doesn’t cost more, it actually costs less.
There is no middleman. We create, cast, set & finish the rings ourselves. This allows us to keep cost down and both quantity & quality up — usually producing the rings within 5-8 days. (sometimes sooner)
We’ve got an awesome team dedicated to getting the job done. We have an incredibly talented in-house jeweler here in Provo. At our shop in LA, we have our cad designer who makes your images come to life, her motto being: “anything is possible”. From there, its passed on to our master diamond setter who will cast, set & finish your dream piece.

FAQs
What’s your turn around time?
Since all we do is custom work - our turn around time is quicker. There are no middlemen, since we manufacture everything. With our process, after you approve your CAD/mold, it’s typically a 5-7 day turn around. Some rings can be done in as little as 24 hours. It just depends on the design.
Do you offer returns?
Our goal is to make your dream come to life. That being said, we make sure you’re involved every step of the way in transparently creating your dream piece. This request hasn’t happened often, but if you’re unhappy with something, we’ll work together to make it right.
Do you price match?
We are very price competitive. If we can’t save you at least a few hundred dollars, we’re not doing our job right! We guarantee you the best price in town, every time.
Do you offer financing?
Over the years we’ve learned that while we’re good at making rings, we’re not good at collecting money. Because of this, we do not currently offer longterm financing. Payment timeframe usually looks like this: $100 deposit once your design is approved. This $100 goes towards your total. Remainder is paid upon pickup. We’re confident you’ll love your ring, so we don’t require payment until you see it & love it.
Why should I choose CRD?
We believe in transparency & quality. Most jewelers have access to the same materials. With the lack of middlemen in our process, we’re able to keep our overhead lower without sacrificing quality.

Do you offer a warranty?
All of our work comes with a lifetime warranty. Cleaning is always, always free and appointments are not needed for it. Our lifetime warranty is offered on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects and workmanship. We require seeing the piece every six months to keep this warranty valid*. This helps us, and you! Plus…who doesn’t want a clean ring? (come get it cleaned every week if you’d like ;) )
*The warranty will expire if we don’t see it every six months as requested = our insurance won’t cover the cost of the work if there’s no proof of maintenance. In any case this may happen, we usually work with you on the cost of labor for the work needing to be done.
*The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than CRD.
